In MuniciPAY, navigate to the "Settings" tab in your main menu. In the dropdown, click on "Customize MuniciPay."
On the top left of the screen, there will be a button to enable and disable MuniciPay.
You'll also find a Text you may choose to display when MuniciPAY is disabled towards the bottom of the form:
If you collect multiple types of items and only want to disable one type, that is possible. For example, you finished collecting Real Estate taxes, but you would like to continue collecting all other fees. On the same page on the right there will be buttons which are customized per your collections. You can turn on and off Item Types as you wish.
Be sure to click the "Save Selections" button or "Save Settings" button when you're happy with your changes. These changes will be immediately live.
