To change the Terms and Conditions that your payers view on your page, go to the MuniciPay main menu, select Settings, and then Manage Pages & Content from the drop down option:
You will be brought to a page that lists the pages that you currently have enabled. Click on the "Edit" button to change your Terms and Conditions.
Once you've written/updated your content, select the Save Page button to complete and publish.
