- On your main menu in MuniciPAY, navigate to the Settings tab.
From the dropdown, click on "Customize MuniciPay".
You will be brought to a page that lists a number of customizations.
You may customize the search criteria here, under the Online Search Instructions field towards the bottom of the form:
Be sure to click "Save Settings" at the bottom of the form to save your changes.
Once you make a change, it is immediately visible online.
