To update the Augustas you’ll need 2 things- the ‘ViVOconfig’ application from the manufacturer, and the updated configuration file we have been provided by Cardconnect. Both of these
Once you have it installed, plug in the device you want to load the new config and open the program. You’ll see a screen like this- click on the ‘Open Config From File’ and select the .json attached to this email.
Once you’ve selected the proper file, just click on ‘write’
It will run through the process- you’ll know its finished when you see the following message in the ‘results’ box:
