Can I issue a PARTIAL refund?
Who's eligible for a partial refund directly in MuniciPAY Reporting/Transactions Activity?
- All credit card transactions
eChecks are not eligible for a partial refund directly in the program at this time.
If you have need to issue a partial refund, please contact MuniciPAY support directly at: support@autoagent.com to make a request directly to our processing partner.
(Please note, any eCheck partial refund requests completed "behind the scenes" will not be recorded in MuniciPAY reporting at this time though we're working to add that function in the near future.)
