We offer address change requests for your customers through the MuniciPay platform.
To manage your address changes, follow these steps:
Navigate to your MuniciPay account and click the Payers tab. From the drop-down menu, select Manage Address Change Requests.

You can use the filter options on the right side of your screen to narrow results by item/address/owner, status (pending approval, approved, or rejected), or by submission date.

To approve or reject an address change, click the three dots to the right of each entry, and choose Mark as Approved or Mark as Rejected.
