How do I add or permanently delete new payment items or departments in my MuniciPAY account?

Are you looking to add new or permanently delete payment items to your MuniciPAY account?

While there are tools available in "Settings" to "Edit Your Payment Items" - If you're looking to either add or permanently delete payment items/departments, please reach out to our support team to assist. 

You may do so by visiting the "Help" option in the upper right hand corner of the program, then Submit A Ticket. We're happy to assist with these changes any time.
