How do I update our banking account on file for deposits?

Below are instructions for updating the banking account on file for credit card deposits, and eCheck deposits.

A forms must be filled out and completed for each Merchant ID/MID you wish to update.
 


1) Below, you will find the ABA/DDA Change Request form for CardConnect, our credit card processing partner. This must be filled out, and signed by the owner/signer on the account.

2) On the bottom of the CardConnect form, you’ll find additional documentation must be submitted:
- Bank letter, or voided check (starter checks not accepted unfortunately.)
-You'll notice the form also asks for a Driver's License. You may submit a DL, or if you wish to forego a copy of your DL - you may submit a notarized Affidavit of Identity. 


3) A second form for our eCheck processing partner, Paya.


 When you’re ready to send these completed forms back, please enter the words “SecureMail” into your subject line and send to us here:

 This ensures it is sent over our secure service regarding sensitive account information.
